City of Toronto
Toronto was the epicenter for SARS in the spring of 2003. As a result of this, the City of Toronto developed extensive plans and tools to aid in future pandemics. This link is the Toronto Public Health Plan for an Influenza Pandemic which was originally published in October of 2007. Some chapters have since been updated.
